In cases of technical problem and warranty coverage, you should contact our Company in order to inform you about all the details concerning the commercial guarantee of the product and the procedure for repairing the damage.

In cases where the product does not work at the time of receipt and you wish to replace it with a new one and not return it: for replacement of the defective product and specifically in those cases where there is a specific replacement procedure provided by the manufacturer, referred to as Dead-On-Arrival or “DOA” see the section Warranties – Service.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a natural person (consumer) and your purchase is for personal use and not for your personal business, then you are entitled to withdraw within 14 calendar days by returning the product to us. The right of withdrawal applies if the product is in its original condition and the return is made by your own means and at your own cost within 14 calendar days from the day of withdrawal (either you return it yourself or send it by a carrier). If the return is approved, we will refund you in full the price you paid for the purchase in question, in the same way you paid for it.

Terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be exercised within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the product to be considered timely and does not require any additional justification from you.

In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the condition for the return is that the product must be in its original condition, the packaging must be intact and all accessories, any gifts, accompanying products and materials must be included.

In the event that the product has lost its value due to mishandling that goes beyond the mere consideration of the functionality and characteristics of the product, you will have to compensate the reduction in value with monetary compensation. In this case, this financial compensation will be deducted from the amount we will refund to you. In any such case, you will be informed before the credit and refund process is completed. Especially in the case of components and spare parts where the material requires appropriate expertise both for its selection and for its installation and which cannot function as a stand-alone unit, it is considered that unpacking it automatically implies that it has lost at least 50% of its commercial value and in case of withdrawal it will be credited accordingly at 50% of the invoice value, unless it concerns a purchase made by you following our proposal.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to cases that are excluded by the applicable legislation and case law, such as products that have been manufactured for you to your own specifications, services that have already been performed, products that are not suitable for return for health reasons if they have been unsealed, as well as printer consumables, programs and software that have been unsealed, etc.

Return due to delivery of the wrong product

In the event that the product shipped to you is different from the one you ordered, you may return it within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase without a shipping charge. The return of the product, in this case, can only be made if the product is in its original condition and in full original packaging.

The return for these cases is made at our own expense, provided that you have previously contacted our Company’s call centre.
Return due to incorrect product selection

WaveMotion SA offers you the possibility to request the return of the product you purchased even after the 14 calendar days that the right of withdrawal applies or even in cases where the purchase is not intended for personal use but for professional use. The possibility is offered if the product is intact, with sealed packaging and the return is made within a reasonable period of time according to the product’s life cycle.

In any case, WaveMotion SA reserves the right to reject any return request without the obligation to justify this decision.

ATTENTION: Please note that cases where the returned product is not in its original condition cannot be returned. If for special reasons the return of such a case is exceptionally accepted, then the company will pay part of the price which will be determined for the specific case according to the condition of the product and its current commercial value and after a check of its condition in our distribution centre.

Shipping costs

The shipping of the product to be returned as well as the transport costs shall be borne by you.

In the above cases other than the Withdrawal, any replacement or credit will be made after the returned product has been inspected and it is determined after inspection that it is subject to a replacement or credit procedure as described above. The refund of any paid price or portion thereof if subject to a refund reduction procedure will be made by issuing a Gift Certificate for a subsequent purchase.

The withdrawal form can be sent directly electronically or by registered mail to our Company or you can present it by your own means at our Company’s Headquarters.
