Payment Methods

Visa, Mastercard, Diners credit cards, Visa, Mastercard debit cards and Visa, Mastercard prepaid cards are accepted at www.wavemotiongallery.gr. If you choose to pay by credit card, for some of these cards you have the option to pay the amount through up to 6 interest-free instalments.

The delivery of orders where payment has been made by credit card, are made only to the credit card holder, upon presentation of the card and identity card. Orders paid by credit card are not delivered to a third party.

The prices quoted include statutory taxes.
Until full payment of the price, the goods remain the property of the selling company.

If you choose to pay with your Credit/Debit Card, the amount is initially blocked and the final charge is made when the sales document is issued.

In case of cancellation of your order before invoicing, our COMPANY is obliged to inform the Bank of the cancellation of this commitment and the Bank will proceed according to the terms provided by the contract signed between the client (you) and his (your) Bank. After such notification, the Company shall not be responsible for the implementation of the terms of the aforementioned contract between the customer and the Bank, as well as for the time and manner of execution of the counterparty of the said transaction.

For purchases from www.wavemotiongallery.gr, it is possible to pay the price by bank transfer. In this case, you must select the option “Payment by bank transfer” on the checkout page and make your deposit to one of the following bank accounts of the company:

Make your payment directly to our bank account within the next 3 days and send us a copy of the transfer, noting your order number at Gallery@wavemotion.gr, in order to speed up the shipment. Your order will be cancelled if the amount is not cleared in our Company’s account within the 3 days.

According to Law 4446/2016 article 69 § 2 “Tax items of a total value of five hundred (500) euros and above, issued for the sale of goods or provision of services to individuals, shall be paid by their recipients, purchasers of goods or services, exclusively by using card or other electronic means of payment, including but not limited to bank transfer, payment through a payment account, use of e-wallet. No cash payment for such items shall be permitted.” Therefore, orders with a value of more than 500 euros including taxes and other charges must be paid for by the above methods.

All orders are subject to additional credit checks by the company, which reserves the right without justification to request at its discretion:

• Either to provide additional documentation identifying your details,
• or to change from the chosen method of payment to another one,
• or to reject your order in its entirety and not accept it

If you have a Gift Voucher, voucher or coupon from www.wavemotiongallery.gr, please follow the steps below to redeem them:

Add the products you wish to order to your shopping cart. In the online order form when completing your order, fill in the code of the gift voucher, voucher or coupon in the corresponding area and click on the “Confirm Number” button so that the discount can be calculated. You can then complete your order using your preferred method of payment.

Please note that each gift voucher has an expiry date, can only be used once and no change will be refunded from its use.

The value of the coupon includes VAT, is valid for purchases from the online store http://www.wavemotiongallery.gr only for a specific product, until stocks are exhausted and until the expiry date indicated on the coupon.

Use of the voucher
The value of the voucher includes VAT, is valid for purchases from the http://www.wavemotiongallery.gr online store , only for a single order and until the expiry date.
Please note that each gift voucher can be used only once until its expiry date and no change will be refunded from its use.

Purchase using a discount voucher
The discount voucher can only be used for purchases of products made through the http://www.wavemotiongallery.gr online store.

It is expressly stated that the products that will be made available at a discount, as well as the amount of the discount, are at the sole discretion of www.wavemotion.gr. And www.wavemotiongallery.gr may change at any time, throughout the validity of the coupon, the products that will be available at a discount, as well as the amount of the discount provided on them.
