If for any reason you wish to return a product you purchased from our online store, by exercising your right to withdraw from the contract, then you must complete the following form, taking into account the following points:
- You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product within 14 calendar days, from the purchase date of the product.
- The withdrawal right applies provided the product is in its original state, without damage, and in its original packaging, together with all accompanying accessories.
- The product must be accompanied by this Form, which must be approved and have the “Return Number” completed.
- The package must be accompanied by the “Copy of the Proof of Purchase” and with the “Return Number” referenced in the return form applied to the outside of the package in a visible location.
The product is returned at your cost and means of transport, within 14 calendar days, beginning from the day after you send to us the statement on the withdrawal from the contract and always in accordance with the terms of the contract from which you are withdrawing.

Send the product back to us properly packaged and with the “Return Number” that was sent to you with your application. ATTENTION! Shipments without a Return Number and a copy of the Purchase Invoice will not be accepted.
