Shipping Methods

The http://www.wavemotiongallery.gr which is managed by WaveMotion SA offers you many alternative ways to receive the products and services you are interested in.
For your convenience, you can choose the following ways of receiving your order.

General

– Orders are processed daily from Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 -18:00. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. In addition, no deliveries are made on public holidays, weekends (unless otherwise specified) and on days when our warehouse may be closed (e.g. due to inventory).

– Delivery hours to your location by our courier company are 9:00 – 17:00 daily (Monday to Friday) and no appointments can be scheduled.

www.wavemotiongallery.gr subsidizes the delivery cost of the products and does not pass on the total shipping price to you.
Shipping costs include statutory taxes and vary depending on the method you choose according to the following:

  • Order Value up to €100 (including VAT) .
    Shipping and receiving costs are calculated in the last step before completing and paying for the order and are added to the shopping cart. Order value over €100 (including VAT): free of charge.
  • Order value over 100€ (including VAT): Free of charge

Order Validity
Orders remain valid and available for delivery for up to 3 calendar days from their registration. In the event that the order cannot be completed (indicatively: inability to communicate, unavailability of the product requested with the order) and after this period, the order is cancelled.

Special cases of shipments and/or orders
In special cases of orders of large volume and/or weight, the shipment is made by means of transport of WaveMotion S.A.’s absolute choice, while some deliveries are only possible in large urban areas. WaveMotion S.A. reserves the right not to accept specific orders and to reject specific sales, informing in due time and refunding the total of any price paid for the cancelled order.

For special categories of products, such as products that are made to order, or are of very high value, or outside the normal flow of www.wavemotiongallery.gr, a deposit may be requested before the order is launched.

Order processing, product collection and shipments are processed daily (Monday to Friday) during business hours. Deliveries are not made on public holidays, days when our warehouse is closed for the annual inventory, and weekends (unless otherwise specified).

The hours of delivery to the customer’s premises by the courier company are 9:00 – 17:00 daily (Monday to Friday) and no appointments can be scheduled.

Please note that before proceeding to complete your order, each product will have an indication of its availability. It is clarified that the final confirmation of availability takes place when the order is processed and the products are collected at the distribution centre, where your order is finalised and scheduled to be dispatched for those products where availability is confirmed. If the products are not available WaveMotion S.A. reserves the right to not accept the specific order and to reject the specific sale. In this case we will inform and refund the total of any paid price of the cancelled order. Orders are processed daily, during working days and hours. The total delivery time depends on several factors, such as the available means of transport to the delivery point you have chosen.

To avoid additional shipping charges, the order is fulfilled when all products included in it are available. If for any reason you require delivery of only the available products in the order, please call us on 214 4087 777 quoting the order number or place a separate order for the unavailable products. Final confirmation of availability is made when the order is processed and the products are collected.

For orders with products that are not readily available, but on order, we will contact you to let you know the estimated delivery time of the products. This information is usually provided within the next three working days from the date of the order to the contact details you filled in on your order.

It is clarified that the products in your order are shipped and the responsibility for the transport to the point you have indicated to us and until they are received by you lies with WaveMotion SA. If for any reason the transport is carried out by your own means or by a carrier acting on your instructions, then the responsibility for the transport is yours.

Required actions upon receipt of your order

A thorough check of the condition of the product and its packaging should be carried out on receipt to identify any problems that may have arisen during transit. If you detect any problem in the packaging, please do not proceed with the receipt of the product, but contact us immediately. If you find a problem immediately after receipt, this should be reported immediately to the carrier. Immediately afterwards, please contact us by informing us of the relevant declaration you made to the carrier.
